Student - Practitioner - Guide
If you decide to work with Mima you'll find yourself in the company of someone fascinated by the great mystery of our human mind and the world that it creates for us. This fascination has led her to explore deeply the nature of human existence, both experientially and intellectually, and this is what she brings to the table as a meditation guide and what makes her so much more than you everyday meditation teacher. With Mima you will not only learn how to meditate, how to build a new habit, how to be more resilient, or live with more ease and less anxiety etc. but you will be able to learn how the mind actually works, what makes us tick the way we do and what we can do about it. We do not have to live at the mercy of our habitual patterns and this is where true freedom lies!
Mima's own path has not been progressive or simple but rather messy and full of up's and down's, as life tends to be.
Thankfully, all these different obstacles and challenges led her to the point she is now. Uniquely qualified, given her personal experiences and education, to offer guidance on living a life of wellbeing and harmony, no matter the circumstance we are in.
Mima's approach and particular focus is on merging the latest research in the fields of neurosciences and psychology with ancient wisdoms that come to us from different meditative and contemplative traditions and creating best practice protocols her clients can easily implement into their lives.
Mima has been guiding fellow practitioners on their path since 2020 both in corporate and private settings and is a dedicated daily meditation and ashtanga yoga practitioner herself.

MIMA'S APPROACH
Mima doesn't like to be considered as a teacher or coach but rather as a guide. As she has learned the only way for anyone to really transform is by doing the work ourselves but that does not mean alone! We all need a reliable confidant by our side who is here to offer advice, guidance, accountability and support. Therefore, Mima sees her role as someone who is here to offer her support and share all the life changing wisdom that she was fortunate enough to acquire. Mima believes that personal growth can only be fostered from a feeling of mutual respect and compassion, and she maintains those values in everything she does. Her unique approach provides students with the proper support system that will help lead them onto a successful path.
